Celebrating New Year’s at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the two pools, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The location was great, conveniently close to the beach and with easy access to motorbike rentals. Lastly, the Balinese cooking class and massage were the cherry on top of an amazing stay.

Honestly, there is not much to dislike about this hotel. The only downside was that we had to leave and say goodbye to the amazing staff and beautiful facilities.

Amazing location close to Echo Beach and great restaurants and bars. Modern, spotless rooms. Gorgeous pool and outdoor areas. Helpful and hospitable staff. Fabulous restaurant.

One specific situation that happened: I used the laundry service and unfortunately, some of my light-colored t-shirts and underwear were damaged with dark stains. I received a fair discount for the laundry, but it was still disappointing to lose those items.
